TV actress Shilpa Agnihotri tested positive for drugs; she was detained in rave party in May!

Sad news for the fans of Shilpa Agnihotri, who is well-known for playing the character of Ganga in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, is among 86 people who tested positive for allegedly consuming drugs at a high-profile rave party in a plush hotel in suburban Juhu in May.

"Actress Shilpa Agnihotri's blood report suggests she consumed drugs," a police officer said, refusing to name the drug. The police had earlier revealed that 86 out of 90 people, who attended the sundown party at Oakwood Premier Hotel in Juhu in May 20, tested positive for drugs.

Meanwhile for Agnihotri couple, the trouble started when they at the party which was later raided by cops looking for illegal drugs. There were 90 guests at the party, and they were let off after giving blood and urine samples.

Later on after few weeks, the reports came and Apurva was tested positive for drugs. Now it has come to light that Shilpa too has tested positive. While the police have confirmed the results, they are yet to reveal which drug she allegedly consumed. Earlier Shilpa had proclaimed after the raid that both she and Apurva were innocent.

She has also said before the results were out that the cops taking their samples were sloppy in labeling them and she feared her sample would be mixed up with that of a guilty guest. We wonder what the truth is…
